I'm a Software Engineer based in Pune, India with 5 years of experience building high-scale backend systems and distributed infrastructure. My career has taken me from building ERP automation at Aptean, to owning mission-critical systems at Amazon, to leading AI-powered platforms at PhonePe.

At PhonePe, I architected a multi-tenant AI analytics pipeline that serves 4 business lines — consumer payments, merchants, insurance, and share.market — delivering automated agent performance evaluation and saving ~₹2 Crore annually in manual audit bandwidth.

At Amazon, I owned the end-to-end post-purchase notifications platform for AMXL products, handling hundreds of thousands of orders daily across Email, SMS, Push, and IVR — and drove an 8.3 bps reduction in customer contact rate through proactive communication strategies.
